Rúben Dias has renewed contract with Sport Lisboa e Benfica. The new bond, adjusted with the President Luís Filipe Vieira, is now valid until 2023.

Formalized the contract extension, Rúben Dias returned to past, reviving his 10 years with Benfica, in its great majority at Caixa Futebol Campus. The defender looked at the present and near future, in an exclusive interview.

"My felling if of satisfaction, gratitude and happiness, mine and of my close family. I have reached an important milestone with this club. What I want is to be better, to keep learning, not to fell satisfied with the things I already have ", said Rúben Dias.

"Without the trust and the support that come from above, it would be all much more difficult. I express my gratitude to the President and to all the coaches and directors who have helped to turn this possible", highlighted the player, electing the word "happiness" to illustrate 10 years with the red jersey.
