S.L. Benfica already sold 70% of its season tickets

SPORT LISBOA E BENFICA, FUTEBOL SAD informs that so far 44 032 season tickets have been sold, more than 70% of the total capacity of the stadium. Last year season ticket sale was a record for S. L. BENFICA but this year’s sales will be another historic landmark for us as a new record is about to be set.

On July 31st S. L. BENFICA had already sold 8.100 corporate seats adding up to 35.932 fan seats, the full capacity of the stadium for S. L. Benfica’s fans in Portuguese league matches is 64.162 ( which is reduced to 63.526 when the away fans use 100% of their designated tickets ).

Last year we had a record breaking season tickets sale with 46 702 tickets sold, which represents 72.8% of all seats. Bearing in mind that we’re still in August surely this year these goals have been growing in a consolidated way making possible for S. L. BENFICA to be one of European top clubs in season tickets sales and highest stadium occupation rates.

To achieve so S. L. BENFICA implemented a few sophisticated costumer care measures and experience upgrades like:

• Season ticket sharing - Fans can use S. L BENFICA’s app to share their ticket with family or friends. Digital Match Center - Follow everything about the match live and online and have access to exclusive content.
• New e-commerce platform - S. L. BENFICA has now an online store focused on upgrading the user experience of fans with the club’s digital channels.
• Pay in installments - Fans can now buy the season tickets in 3 installments interest free until September 1st.
• Special offer - Season ticket includes Champions League’s third qualifying round match.
