Weekend with a busy agenda

Saturday and Sunday, March 24 and 25, Luís Filipe Vieira, the president of Sport Lisboa e Benfica, will attend two important institutional events.

On Saturday, at 6:00 pm, the president will be present at the Inauguration of the New Facilities of the "Casa do Benfica" on the Island of Terceira, in the Azores. One hour later, it will take place commemorative dinner which will be held at the Bombeiros da Praia da Vitória.

Luís Filipe Vieira will lead a delegation composed by the vice presidents Domingos Almeida Lima and José Eduardo Moniz, by the Chairman of the General Meeting of the Benfica SAD, Álvaro Dâmaso; and the player of the first football team, Eliseu.

The following day, Saturday, back in Portuguese mainland, the president of the Club will be present in the 1st Edition of the Germano Figueiredo Tournament, a tribute to the two-time European Champion that will take place at 3:00 pm, at Estádio da Tapadinha.

Atlético Clube de Portugal organizes this first edition, with Sport Lisboa e Benfica as the invited club, which will be represented by the team Benfica Legends, led by Rui Costa and it has been already confirmed the presence of players such as Bruno Aguiar, Ricardo Ramires, Veloso, Edmundo, Ricardo Rocha, Vítor Paneira, Nuno Santos, Nandinho, Hernâni, César Peixoto, Paulo Madeira and Bruno Basto.
