Benfica has the best attack of Liga NOS

In the Liga NOS, no one scores as much as Benfica. That is what the numbers say after 20 rounds. At this moment, with 47 goals, the Four-time Champions is the clear leader in terms of accurate strikes.

The goal from Jonas, through a free kick, at Estádio do Restelo made Benfica take off in the highest spot of this statistic ranking, being followed by FC Porto (46) and Sporting (43). If we make comparisons with the same period of the 2016/17 season, we realize that the team led by Rui Vitória scored three more goals in 2017/18 (47 against 44).

The goals are distributed in 26 at Estádio da Luz and 21 away from home, being that Benfica is the most prolific team as the visitor team.

An inescapable name of the most prolific attack is Jonas. With 24 goals in 20 matches, the Brazilian arrives the match against Rio Ave with an impressive average of 1,20 goals per game. Even so, a football team is a collective body and there are others that have written their names among the scorers of Benfica's 47 goals in the Liga NOS. Behind Pistolas, comes Salvio, with 7 goals; Seferovic and Pizzi, with 4; André Almeida, with 2; Samaris, Raúl, Zivkovic, Krovinovic, Luisão and Cervi, with 1.

In the art of making goal assists, there are several names to catalog, but no one does it better than Cervi, with 6 passes for goal, and Pizzi and Jonas, with 5. Right behind are Salvio and André Almeida, with 4; Grimaldo, with 3; Zivkovic, with 2; João Carvalho, Rafa, Diogo Gonçalves, Raúl, Filipe Augusto, Seferovic and Krovinovic, with 1.
