Bruno Coelho on Ricardinho: “A fully deserved election”

Bruno Coelho congratulated the former teammate Ricardinho, named, for the fifth time, the best futsal player in the world. The Benfica wing remembered moments spent with the current teammate in the National Team and confessed that he is "motivation" for all players.

"I had the privileged to play and share the dressing room with him. He was my teammate her at Benfica, in a season we became National Champions [2011/12], and this election is fully deserved. I hope that in February [reference to the Euro 2018] there will be an achievement for Portugal and for him, for all he has been doing for the Portuguese futsal, not just for himself, but for a lot of those who have played and are playing abroad  This distinction is fully deserved", said Bruno Coelho, speaking to BTV.

"It is Cristiano [Ronaldo] in football and Ricardinho in futsal. It is a privilege, a huge prestige to be able to say I know him, that I am his friend, that we have played together.  It is rewarding and a motivation to keep working”, confessed the 30-old-year Portuguese international.
