“A lot of confidence” for the match in Turin
On arrival at Humberto Delgado Airport, from where the red team will depart on a charter flight to Turim (Italy), the President of Sport Lisboa e Benfica, Rui Costa, left a message of “great confidence and hope” for the match against Juventus, on matchday 8 of the Champions League league phase, scheduled for 8 pm on Wednesday, January 29. "I understand that you have a lot of questions for me, but today and tomorrow [Wednesday] the focus is solely on the game we have to play, which is very important for us. After the game, I'll answer all the questions and clarify everything for the fans. It's a game of great responsibility, in which we will certainly be at the level we all expect," he said in a brief statement to the media.
